About Bijal Shah

Bijal is an early childhood and art educator with a Master's degree in Folklore and Cultural Studies and a postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education. She is an authorised art educator for Anchor Thread, Coats India and serves as an Educator and Academic Head at Alak Malak Balpravrutti, Shreyas Foundation.

Passionate about traditional arts and cultural preservation, Bijal has been conducting art and craft workshops since 2016. Her areas of expertise include thread craft, indigo dyeing, herbal tie-dye, and handmade paper making. She is also an authorised tourist guide certified by Gujarat Tourism and has led numerous heritage walks, including those organised by the India Heritage Walk Festival, New Delhi.
