Learn the distinctive motifs and traditional techniques of Madhubani painting (Mithila Art) in an engaging workshop. At the end of the session, participants will take home a masterpiece of their own creation.
A Mithila-born folk artist, trained under traditional artists, has been practicing Mithila Art since the age of 15. She creates both traditional and contemporary Mithila Art using natural and acrylic colours, beautifully depicting Hindu mythology, folklore, and daily life with intricate detailing. A government-certified artist, she is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich legacy of Mithila Art (Madhubani Painting) while continuously learning and evolving in her artistic journey.
